‘Joseph’s Coat’ Rose

Rosa ‘Joseph’s Coat’

Stunning is an understatement for this gorgeous climbingDSC00843
rose
, whose semi double flowers range from gold to orange to red at any given time. It is like a kaleidoscope of warm colors on one amazing plant. The blooms open a golden color and slowly progress to red as they age, the green glossy foliage sets off the whole eye catching display beautifully.

Joseph’s Coat is very vigorous and easy to grow. A climber, it will reach 8’-12’, and it is almost continually blooming. Lightly fragrant, it has sharp thorns and will often produce a hip or two. Butterflies love it. Full sun and well drained soil make for the most blooms.
